Privacy Policy

Notice — this is a plain-language draft written to cover the waitlist form. It should be reviewed by a Danish legal advisor and updated with the registered company name and address before public launch.
1. Who we are
RunRask is an early-stage running product being built in Copenhagen, Denmark. Until the company is formally incorporated, the site and the waitlist are operated by the founder. You can reach us at contact@runrask.com.
2. What we collect on this website
Only the email address you voluntarily submit to the waitlist form, together with the date of submission. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not build profiles of website visitors.
3. Why we collect it
To notify you when the RunRask alpha and beta open, and occasionally to invite you to short product research conversations. We rely on your consent, which you give by submitting the form.
4. How long we keep it
Until RunRask publicly launches, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
5. Who else sees it
Waitlist emails are stored with the email service provider we use to manage the list. They process the data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We never sell, rent or trade personal data.
6. The app and your health data
The RunRask app is not released yet. By design, sensitive personal signals such as sleep, heart-rate variability and recovery data are processed by a small model on your own device and are not uploaded. Connections to platforms like Apple Health, Garmin, COROS and Suunto will always be opt-in and revocable. A full app privacy policy will be published before the beta.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Write to contact@runrask.com and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to Datatilsynet, the Danish Data Protection Agency.
8. Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and, where appropriate, tell waitlist subscribers by email.
