Five surfaces. One conversation about today.

Home — the loop
One clear decision for today, with the reasoning behind it.

Training
Your plan, adjusted to the body you woke up in.

Recovery
Readiness read as guidance, not another score.

Nutrition
Fuelling that follows today's actual load.

Sleep
Last night, translated into today's plan.
From signals to decision — and from decision to action.

Vienna City Marathon 2026
- 01
Input
Passive device signals — sleep, HRV, training history — plus active signals in seconds: fatigue, soreness, a meal photo, a check-in.
- 02
Reasoning
A safety layer runs first. Specialist coaching logic proposes adjustments, and a coordinator resolves conflicts before anything reaches you.
- 03
Output
One daily recommendation in a companion voice: action, reason, alternative and a clear safety boundary.
- 04
Act & feedback
The app applies it — updating today's workout on your connected platform and the linked fuelling, recovery and sleep targets.
Your body's readings stay on your phone.
Privacy isn't a setting we added late. It's how RunRask is built.
On-device by default
Your most sensitive signals are handled by a small model on your phone. They stay there.
You decide what is shared
Connections to Apple Health, Garmin, COROS and Suunto are opt-in and reversible at any time.
Never sold, never traded
We don't sell personal data or share it with advertisers. Built in Denmark, GDPR-first.
Built by a runner who needed this to exist.
